I am one of the managing directors here at Wilson's Care. We are an Essex family firm with 3 members of the family actively working in the company. We set the company up after experiencing poor care for my father, we understand what good care should look like and we are dedicated in delivering care of the highest standard .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have over 32 years of experience of building and leading complex teams in both social care and in retail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 I am really proud of our team of carers who are passionate about their role as a carers and about the difference they can make to our clients' lives. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I am both one of the managing directors at Wilson's Care and the registered manager. I have an extensive breadth of knowledge of what is needed to deliver great care and how to deliver care plans that suit our clients needs and how they want to live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Training is essential in any care company and I use my knowledge to plan and deliver training to a high standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are a family care firm and we see our staff as part of our extended family and as such we treat them as we would like to be treated. This means we have a happy, engaged workforce which I believe is beneficial to our clients - as they are supported by  friendly, well trained and compassionate carers .<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
