When it comes to our parents we want to be able to give them the best care possible. However, now that we live in a world where all adult members of a household are usually needed to hold down a job, not everyone has the time and skills to provide at home help themselves. Not to mention that juggling jobs, childcare and elder care can be physically and mentally exhausting.
Finding help for our elderly parents or a family members is essential and sometimes unavoidable.
We understand that everyone’s needs are different and everyone is unique, that is why we put great emphasis on knowing more about you so that we can find you the perfect carer, whether it be for a few days, weeks, months or ongoing, we are happy to help.

Time slot
We will give you a regular 1 hour allotted time in which you will see your carer whether daily or weekly. Most care companies can not ensure a regular 1 hour time slot and will give you wider range on time. We understand that one of the most important things as we get older is a regularity. Thats why we ensure a time slot for your visit.
Change can be extremely distributive, so we ensure that if any changes or delays to times are made then you are the first to know.
You'll get to know your Carer
We understand that inviting people into our homes can be a strange adjustment so we want to make this process as easy as we can. Thats why we ensure that you will not have anyone you have not met before. Familiarity and regularity is important to us at Wilson's Care.
Depending on how often you need care you will see the same person or same team of people. We suggest having a rotation of three carers for weekend, holidays and sickness.

We cover all of Chelmsford with our Domiciliary care; Broomfield, Moulsham, Great Baddow, Springfield, Margaretting, Chelmer Village, Ingatestone, Writtle, Little Waltham, Great Waltham. Being regulated matters
We’re regulated by CQC, the same regulator for hospitals, GPs and all social and health care in England. .That means, by law, we have to provide all of our staff with all of the training they need to be exceptional carers. It also means we need all the relevant insurance policies should something go wrong.
